Welding of PVC profile

 

Thanks to the automated line of the German company Sturtz, workpieces are welded simultaneously in four corners.

This ensures the exact geometric dimensions and quality of the finished structure.

Weld Stripping

 

The cleaning of the weld seam is performed on the automatic equipment of Sturtz. After passing this stage, the welded angles acquire a perfect aesthetic appearance.

Installation of fittings

 

The fittings are installed on Federhenn equipment. The functionality and duration of work depend on its correct installation.
